TO BE RELEASED WITH MALAYSIA-PIRACY - A Malaysian customer looks at pirated video compact discs (VCDs) at a night market in Kuala Lumpur June 4. The U.S. film industry loses $40 million every year to movie piracy in Malaysia, which ranks second in Asia behind China. Nine out of every 10 VCD's bought are pirated. Each VCD is sold at about six ringgit ($1.60).
