New York, United States of America
TRADERS AT NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE.
Traders talk on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange late on August
24, 2001 as stocks posted their biggest gains in more than six weeks
after technology bellweather Cisco Systems Inc. said business is
stabilizing, and strong sales of new homes fanned optimism that
consumers are still propping up the U.S. economy. The Dow Jones
industrial average jumped 194 points to close at 10,184.
