Time Warner Cable chairman and chief executive officer Joseph J. Collins speaks at a press conference in New York May 2 where he discussed his company's contract dispute with ABC's parent, Walt Disney Corp. During the press conference it was announced that Time Warner would return the ABC television network to its cable system after cutting the signal in eleven cities early on May 1.
