Volunteers sort food donated by Mexican citizens to Tarahumara Indians at Zocalo Square in Mexico city, January 20, 2012. Volunteers gathered food, medicine, blankets and other supplies to donate to the Tarahumara Indian group in northern Mexico after devastating drought that has ravaged their crops and left them hungry and unable to feed themselves and their children. The Tarahumara were driven to the mountains from their nomadic plains by the Spanish 500 years ago and in the more recent years they have been increasing forced deeper into the mountains by lumber, mining and tourist industries that have been creeping onto their land. They are also a symbol of strength and endurance in Mexico and are known to walk and run incredible distances in a day. REUTERS/Edgard Garrido (MEXICO - Tags: DISASTER SOCIETY)
