A graffiti is seen at the site where Sergio Adrian Hernandez was shot dead in 2010 under a railroad bridge connecting El Paso with Ciudad Juarez July 1, 2014. A federal court ruled on Monday that Sergio Adrian Hernandez, who was shot and killed by a U.S. Border Patrol agent in June 2010, was protected by the U.S. Constitution even if he was on Mexican soil and his family can proceed with a civil lawsuit claiming $25 million, local media reported. Hernandez was killed when he and his friends briefly crossed into U.S. territory throwing rocks at border officials. The painting reads 'Sergio, your mother and brothers remember you'.
