WIFE DAUGHTER AND SON OF MEXICAN BANKER CARLOS CABAL ARRIVE AT MAGISTRATES' COURT BEFORE EXTRADITION DECISION IN MELBOURNE.


Wife Theresa, (C), daughter Sofia (L) and son Carlos Junior (R) of fugitive Mexican banker Carlos Cabal arrive at Melbourne's Magistrates' Court December 17. Magistrate Lisa Hannan ordered the extradition of Cabal and his brother-in-law Marco Pasini from Australia saying she was not satisied Cabal and Pasini would face political persecution or would not receive a fair trial if they were returned to Mexico. Cabal faces fraud and tax charges in Mexico, where he has been accused of stealing $US700 million from one of the country's largest banking groups.
