MEXICAN KIDNAPPER MARCOS TINOCO IS ESCORTED BY TWO FEDERAL JUDICIAL POLICEMEN IN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.


Notorious Mexican kidnapper Marcos Tinoco is shown to the media March 30 by two Federal Judicial policemen at the Attorney Generals' office in Mexico City after he was captured two days ago. Tinoco is alleged to have been the king of the "Express kidnapping" where victims are held for a few hours while they, or their families try to meet the ransom. Tinoco, who has a degree in law, is also alleged to have used the tactic of sending families his victim's severed fingers to ensure swift payment.
