The President-Elect of Mexico, Vicente Fox, addresses CEOs and city officials during a speech before the Fortune 500 Forum, a conference that discusses strategies of "maverick" CEOs for two days, October 12-14, in Austin, Texas. Fox encouraged the business leaders in the audience, which included Michael Dell, chairman and CEO of Dell Computer Corp., and Herb Kelleher, chairman, president and CEO of Southwest Airlines Co., to stengthen business ties with Mexico under his new leadership.
