PALESTINIAN POLICE CELEBRATE WEST BANK WITHDRAWAL NEAR RAMALLAH.
Palestinian police drive through Beitounia celebrating Israel's handing over control of their village to the Palestinian Authority March 21. Israel is handing over 6.1% of the West Bank to Palestinian control which includes population centers around Ramallah and Hebron in the West bank.
