The Patriarch of Georgia, Ilya II (L) and the Patriarch from Russia, Alexei II (R) wait for the annual Orthodox Christmas procession at the "Manager Square" near the church of the Nativity (seen in the back), the considered birthplace of Jesus in Bethlehem, January 6. Patriarchs from 14 countries, including the Holy Land are gathered to celebrate the Christmas in Bethlehem on January 7. The only Patriarch that did not arrive in Israel is the Syrian.
