Bereaved families attend a celebration in the Gaza Strip to glorify
families who lost their sons in fighting against Israeli during the
uprising, August 21, 2001. The event coincided with Palestinian
protests in Gaza and the West Bank commemorating the burning of the Al
Aqsa mosque in 1969.
