Three Palestinians, including an infant, were killed near the West Bank
city of Hebron on Thursday when shots were fired at their vehicle from
a passing car, relatives said. Israel Radio said it appeared Jewish
settlers carried out the attack and that a group calling itself "Safety
on the Roads" had claimed responsibility.
