2002. KarmiI, a militant from Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement who was
wanted by Israel for killing nine Israelis, was killed Monday by an
Israeli bomb, Palestinian security sources said. Yasser Arafat's Fatah
movement said on Tuesday it was sticking to the Palestinian leader's
ceasefire order even as thousands of mourners called for revenge for
the killing of a militant blamed on Israel.
