Two Palestinians were killed on Monday in an accidental explosion in a West Bank refugee camp, Palestinian witnesses and security sources said. The blast in Askar camp in the West Bank city of Nablus occurred in a gas cannister they were using with a blowtorch to cut into an old Israeli army shell left in a pile of scrap metal, security sources said.
