Jamail Munir Khalifeh, who escaped from Palestinian prison last December and was recaptured last Tuesday sits in court February 11. The Palestinian State Security Court sentenced Khalifeh, a Palestinian gunman, to life for killing a Jewish settler in the West Bank town of Hebron last October.
