Swiss Interior Minister Ruth Dreifuss gives a speech at the opening of the 'Swiss Center', a new center for the study of conflict resolution and mediation at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem May 28. Dreifuss was later honored by the University with an honorary doctorate.
