Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak (R) talks with U.S. President Bill Clinton (L) just before the start of the bi-lateral talks at the National Conservation Training Center before the second round of Middle East Peace Talks begin in the United States while in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, January 3. The foreign leaders are in West Virginia for two days of high-level negotiations aimed at resolving half a century of bloodshed and mutual hostility towards each other and resolving territorial rights to the Golan Heights.
