Mongolian archers contest July 11 in the traditional Naadam summer festival in Ulan Bator, where tens of thousands participated in the annual celebrations. Mongolians, who started celebrating the Naadam well before the Chinggis Khan's era, traditionally compete in westling, archery and horse races during the three-day festival.
