Moroccan Abdelghani Mzoudi waits before the second day of his trial in a Hamburg court room August 15, 2003. Mzoudi, a 30-year-old electrical engineering student, is charged with 3,066 counts of aiding and abetting murder and membership of a terrorist organisation, the Hamburg based al Qaeda cell that led the attack on U.S. cities. [In only the second trial anywhere of a September 11 suspect, Mzoudi could face the same 15-year jail term the Hamburg High Court handed to fellow Moroccan Mounir El Motassadeq for similar charges in February.]
