A worker fills moulds with the mixture for sugar cane juice candy at a candy production facility, in the outskirts of Managua September 11, 2013. Sugar cane juice candy, locally known as "atado dulce", is obtained through the evaporation of juice from sugar cane, and is used in the manufacture of household and industrial sweets.
