General Joaquin Cuadra Lacayo talks during a press conference in Managua February 16 about his experience in the army as chief for the past five years. In five days Cuadra will retire from the army and will be replaced by General Javier Carrion. According to the media Cuadra aspires to become the next president of Nicaragua.
