Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor and 2005 Nobel Prize in Chemistry winner Richard Schrock illustrates a double carbon bond at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts October 5, 2005 after learning that he is being recognized with the Nobel Prize for his contribution to the development of the metathesis method in organic synthesis. Schrock will share the Nobel Prize with Yves Chauvin of the Institut Fran?ais du P?trole in France and Robert Grubbs of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
