Prosecution witness Clarissa Ocampo, Equitable-PCI bank executive, holds a bank document which she claimed President Joseph Estrada signed using the name Jose Velarde during her testimony at the resumption of the impeachment trial of Estrada at the Senate Tribunal in Manila January 2, 2001. Ocampo testified she has seen Estrada sign a 500 million peso investment agreement in a false name, Jose Velarde.
