Qasim Ali, a 30 year-old rickshaw (tuk tuk) driver, holds a traffic awareness sign which reads in Urdu, "Be careful, negligent and reckless driving is fatal", along a road in Karachi, Pakistan October 27, 2017. According to local media, a court sentenced Ali to a two-year punishment, to hold the sign at a main road for two hours every Friday, along with a fine of fifty thousand rupees ($474 USD), for speeding and causing an accident, as the motorcade of Pakistan President Mamnoon Hussain passed, in October 2015.
