A Sikh pilgrim recites the holy book "Granth Sahib" at the Sikh holy
place of Punja Sahib in Hasanabdal town, 40 km (25 miles) from capital
Islamabad April 11, 2002. Sikhs from all over the world visit this
shrine every year to mark the three-day festival of Baisakhi, which
started on Thursday. India has stopped Sikh nationals from attending
the festival this year because of tension between the two countries.
