Leader of the national teachers' union Andres Rodriguez calls for all teachers to go on a nationwide strike in Panama City July 12, 2010. Rodriguez also accused Panama's President Ricardo Martinelli of being a dictator and a murderer responsible for the death of protesters in the province of Bocas del Toro. Panamanians have taken to the streets to protest against a newly passed labor and environment law that allows companies to suspend contracts of striking workers and hire replacements. More than 200 protesters have been injured, an unknown number killed, and over 300 arrested in the last eight days of protest, according to local media. A 24-hour nationwide strike of all construction and businesses has been announced for Tuesday. REUTERS/Alberto Lowe (PANAMA - Tags: CIVIL UNREST POLITICS)
