Inmates are seen during a media visit organized by the Panamanian and the U.S government at the Pacora Juvenile Center, on the outskirts of Panama City, January 30, 2013. According to the communication department from the U.S embassy in Panama, the U.S government has donated $3.5 million to a non-governmental organization known as "Fundacion de Jesus Luz de Las Oportunidades"(Jesus Light of Opportunities Foundation) to provide vocational training as well as religious and educational workshops to juvenile inmates around the country as part of a three year pilot rehabilitation project organized by the Panamanian and the U.S. government.
