Government workers use a bulldozer to demolish the house of former dictator Manuel Antonio Noriega after a dengue alert in the area and complaints from neighbours raised concerns about the derelict property, which stands abandoned since the U.S. invasion in 1989, in Panama City January 9, 2014. Noriega, Panama's drug-running military dictator of the 1980s, is serving a 20-year sentence for the murders of opponents during his rule. Noriega, now 79, was toppled in the U.S. invasion of 1989, and has spent the last two decades behind bars, first in the U.S. and then in France from where he was extradited to Panama in 2011.
