The USS New Jersey pulled by a tug boat makes it's last trip thru the Panama Canal October 18. U.S. and Panamanian dignitaries on Sunday paid tribute to the USS New Jersey, the U.S. fleet's most decorated battleship, on the eve of its farewell transit of the Panama Canal.
