PROTEST.

Escobar, president of the Amor y Vida (love and life) Foundation that
helps people with kidney disease, and her daughter chained themselves
to the post as a desperate protest against the administration of
President Luis Gonzalez Macchi who cut off financing of the foundation
as part of austerity measures.
