A variety of red quinoa, an Andean nutrient-rich grain, is displayed in a market stand during the Mistura gastronomic fair in Lima September 12, 2013. The fair seeks to promote Peruvian cuisine by showcasing food and products from all over the country. Exponents of Peruvian cuisine and foreign chefs are also participating in the fair, which runs from September 5 to 15. The fair brings together the various players in the gastronomic chain of Peru such as farmers, pisco producers, bakers, chefs, confectioners, huariques, culinary schools, food retailers and food-related industries.
