A Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) chemist carries a sack containing of confiscated methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as "shabu", during the destruction of confiscated illegal drugs in Trece Martires town, Cavite, south of Manila June 25, 2014.
