Noel Lamsen, 30, a shoemaker, views his quadruplet baby girls in incubators at the nursery of a Manila hospital March 18. The babies were born by normal delivery, but two months premature, at dawn on Thursday with three-minute intervals. Noel and wife Nelsie now enjoy the company of seven children.
