Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo rings a bell signalling
the launching of the Small and Medium Enterprise Board and the listing
of software services firm, SQL* Wizard Inc, at the Philippine Stock
Exchange in Manila's Makati financial district July 20, 2001. The stock
is the first to list on the Philippine Stock Exchange's new Small and
Medium Enterprises Board.
