Spanish judge Baltasar Garzon, who ordered the arrest of former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, arrives at Madrid's High Court February 15. A British High Court rules today whether Britain must disclose a medical report of Pinochet which could decide whether he goes free or faces a torture trial in Europe.
