Spanish Foreign Minister Abel Matutes explains that his ministery is not involved in the leak of the Pinochet medical report during a news conference February 17. Britain said on Thursday it had asked Spain how a confidential medical report on former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet was leaked to Spanish newspapers.
