Spanish judge Baltasar Garzon, who ordered the arrest of former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet, arrives at Madrid's High Court February 23. British Home Secretary Jack Straw said he had not yet read documents from four countries challenging his plan to send home Pinochet. Garzon delivered a formal response after a team of Spanish doctors reviewed a British medical report on Pinochet's condition.
