TAIWAN SEISMOLOGIST LOOKS AT AN EARTHQUAKE CHART IN TAIPEI.
Taiwan Central Weather Bureau seismologist Kuo Kai-wen looks at a
seismographic chart of an earthquake measuring 6.3 on the open-ended
Richter scale in Taipei on June 9, 2003. The strong quake rattled
northeastern Taiwan and caused buildings in Taipei to shake for nearly
a minute, but there were no reports of casualties or damage.
