Former U.S. first lady Nancy Reagan receives a standing ovation during
a Congressional Gold Medal ceremony at the U.S. Capitol, May 16, 2002.
Mrs. Reagan received the award, the nation's highest civilian honor, on
behalf of both herself and former President Ronald Reagan. U.S.
President George W. Bush (3rd R) presented the award to Mrs. Reagan.
