A bottle of "ready-to-drink" pastis, the famous French anise-flavoured aperitif, seen at a bar in Toulouse, November 9, 2001. The Pernod Ricard beverages firm tests the pre-mixed bottled drink, one part Pastis with five parts water with an alcoholic content of 7.5°, in 20cl bottles chilled to 4° C. The bottled pastis is intended for younger drinkers than the traditional anise-flavoured aperitif attracts.
