A worker displays a new books by e-mail system in the Russian State Library in Moscow November 24. The Library, said by some to be the world's second biggest after Washington's Library of Congress, said on Wednesday the new system will allow readers around the globe to access any of its 42 million books, manuscripts and documents at a cost of three roubles (12 cents) per page.
