A Russian diamond expert inspects the "Gomelauri" diamond after being
found by one of Russia's diamond producers, Alrosa, at the Unified
Selling Organisation in Moscow, August 27, 2001. The Gomelauri diamond
is one of the biggest to have been found in Russia in the past six
months and weighs 143 carats.
