South African President Thabo Mbeki addresses news media with Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt, at the Union Building office in Pretoria July 7. Verhofstadt is on a visit to South African to hold discussions with Mbeki on the situation in central Africa and Great Lakes region during his two-day visit.
