The oil tanker Natuna Sea is towed by a Singapore rescue ship in Indonesian waters off Singapore October 3, 2000. More than 7,000 tonnes of crude oil flowed into waters off Singapore and Indonesia from the Pamana-registered ship after the vessel ran aground near one of the world's busiest shipping lanes.
