Slovenia's President Danilo Turk (L) congratulates former Prime Minister Borut Pahor after the unofficial results in the second round of Presidential elections in Ljubljana December 2, 2012. Pahor was elected to the largely ceremonial post of Slovenian president on Sunday to a backdrop of rising unrest in the recession-hit euro zone state. In a run-off vote, Pahor won 67.4 percent, ahead of incumbent Turk on 32.6 percent with 99.7 percent of votes counted, the state Electoral Commission said.
