Paraguay's former striker Julio Gonzalez Ferreira (R), who had his arm amputated after a car accident almost two years ago, heads the ball past Olimpia's Carlos Gamarra during his first match since the accident for his new team Tacuary, during their First Division match in Asuncion November 16, 2007. Gonzalez was playing for Italy's Vicenza when he was involved in the accident on the way to Venice airport in December 2005.
