Britian's Prime Minister Tony Blair addresses the Indian Confederation
of Indian Industry partnership summit at Electronic City in Bangalore,
India January 5, 2002. British Prime Minister Tony Blair said on
Saturday that only politics, not terror, could solve the tense
stand-off between India and Pakistan over the disputed territory of
Kashmir. In a speech in India, Blair said Kashmir would be high on the
agenda of his talks with leaders of India and Pakistan in the coming
