Cherie Blair, wife of Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair, holds a baby
as she accompanies her husband on a visit to Kelia, a village 40kms
west of Dhaka, during their three nation tour of South Asia January 4,
2002. As the baby began to cry, Blair grimaced and returned the baby to
its mother. The village is funded by the Bangladesh Rural Advancement
Committee, the largest NGO in the world, with contributions from
