town, printed in Pushtu and Persian as well as in Arabic languages,
March 8, 2003. The back of the leaflet shows a $25 million reward for
providing information on Osama bin Laden, fugitive al Qaeda leader. The
leaflets were dropped by U.S. planes earlier this week and ask
