European Space Agency astronaut Andre Kuipers of the Netherlands leaves the capsule after landing some 47 km (30 miles) northeast of Arkalyk in northern Kazakhstan, April 30, 2004. A Soyuz space capsule touched down safely in the steppes of Kazakhstan on Friday, bringing a Russian, a U.S. astronaut and a Dutchman back to Earth from the International Space Station.
